That is perhaps the biggest argument I hear from family members and friends. When I ask them if they want a third Obama term they say HELL NO, we want another Bill clinton term

Frankly after all the talk about a lackluster Jeb run and Hillary, I wouldn't mind a constitutional amendment saying if you are president, your spouse or kids are na bubba nah when it comes to running for that office

WAAAY back in post #1, I asked two questions, which for some reason appear to have been lost in the babbling of various commenters.

If the salacious photos had been posted by Daily Kos or the Huffington Post, I can easily visualise the ranting, raving and simple bizarre behaviour we would have seen here but this time the photos have come from a very conservative media outlet. So - the response is more on the lines of "you liberals are just trying to divert from . . ." OR "nobody but you scummy libs care about this", instead of answering my two questions:

It was the NY Post which published the pics, not some unit of the "liberal, Lame Stream Media" -- WHY? How can publishing nude photos of the wife of the Republican candidate be beneficial to his campaign?

Hate me for my political views, ignore 'stupid' posts I put up but think about why a long time, stalwart support of conservative causes would post sexy pics of Melania Trump. Those who prefer diversions, rapidly moving goal posts and personal attacks do little more than reveal their inability to think in a serious manner about the actions of the Murdoch family.

Those pics are going to published by someone. Why not get them out there quickly, and from a "friendly" source rather than a more biased source?

It's damage control on some level. Takes the heat of the fire when it comes from the opposing camp doesn't it?

There is a difference between beneficial and negative effect. You stated in the OP that it would be of negative effect in your OP. Now you are asking how it can be beneficial. Those aren't the same question.

The will have NO EFFECT on the election. Nobody cares, really, NOBODY.
