Uh, these particular police were doing their job by protecting an orderly protest and orderly protesters.

No offence.. but NO ONE should be getting killed by cops. I saw your apology thread and 1200 deaths in a year... that is over 3 a day. In most countries that the US compares too it is damn hard to find statistics on this.. why? Because it so rarely happens. You have a violence problem with your police, who have turned in many places into a para-military force, and you have a racism problem. That people are getting killed, white or black, by cops at traffic stops and even laying down on the ground.. shows you have a problem.. a serious problem.

Just look at how the police handled the shooter. Did they try to get to him with no-lethal methods? of course not, they sent in a freaking bomb robot and blew him up.. he was by all accounts cornered and contained. When the police start doing that, then you have a serious problem.. when the public ACCEPT action like that, and the 1200 deaths a year ... then you have a serious problem. Add to that the underlying racism that many Americans are in total denial about, then you have a catastrophic problem.

This person (I refuse to say his name, he does not deserve to be acknowledged) is a criminal and a terrorist, and what he did is absolutely disgusting. But what lead him to do what he did.. that is what Americans have to look at. He might have been crazy, but he was far more pissed against white people and especially white cops, and he aint the only one. This kind of animosity does not just pop up without some sort of fuel... maybe it is time to look at that aspect instead of going down the usual road of more violence and denial.

I will leave you with this. Since I got up in the morning to the best of my knowledge there has been no police shootings of suspects in France, Germany, Spain, UK, Benlux, Portugal, Italy and so on... but based on statistics, 2 have been killed by the police in the US (on average).

The BLM here in Dallas are not celebrating the murders. Only racist A-holes would think these murders were in any way a good thing.

If you say so, but this Liberal has zero problem supporting our men and women in LE, as do most of my Liberal friends. Painting with broad brushes only leads to doing a sloppy job and getting paint all over the painter.

America has a cultural problem. We have animals of all colors raising kids, and it has become generational. Kids learn at home, and many of the homes are a living hell.

The DPD tried talking to the shooter for a long while before bringing it to an end. The Chief of police here in Dallas is BLACK as are many of the officers involved in taking on the shooter, so much for that thought. There is Never an excuse for what the killer did, the shooter wanted to kill people based on their color and especially those that worn the blue uniform, he was eaten up with Hate, thankfully his actions will bring us even closer together instead of what he want. May he burn in Hell for his actions.

He is, as you correctly point out, a murderer that is now dead. But that should not let us forget that we must fix the situation, where police are so apparently often beating and killing innocent citizens. That can only make the black minority angry and some of them turn to hate and terror.

First. you should ask the black community to clean up their act. More blacks kill blacks than anyone else.

Yes, there needs to be reform in law enforcement. Your blanket uniformed statements are not solutions. Didn't the alledged shooter commit a "hate crime" He made statements he wanted to kill white people. Why are you defending this person?
