Clinton's State Dept. calendar missing scores of entries

News from The Associated Press

According to this AP article the discrepancy was found by comparing the piss poorly documented Clinton calendar verse the more in-depth calendar kept by her staff and e-mailed daily to her unsecured server. It also says federal laws have been violated, but I haven't been able to find the specific statute

...and since the responsibility to keep HRC rests with her secretary .............now she's in trouble and not HRC?

And then what were the subjects of those records?

And what laws have been broken? Procedural...criminal.......

BTW

Thank you for doing research to find real facts........very uncommonly done around here

I saw this from the article, maybe I missed where they said federal laws have been violated.

No known federal laws were violated and some omissions could be blamed on Clinton's highly fluid schedule, which sometimes forced late cancellations.

no you are correct the article does say No Laws were broken. I was trying to multi task when I first read the article. as soon as I figure out how to edit from my phone I will correct my error

The question remains............is one required to make a non State Department meeting in the Secretary's Calendar book.........

I would say not.......

Personal meeting, events, tasks do not need to:

1. Clutter an official government record
2. HRC is........and has the right to maintain her privacy.......

So unless yall can prove some type of wrong doing when meeting with the folks not in her Calendar book........... she would NOT be investigated fore failing to log the meeting...........but, (if having any proof of wrong doing) for what law may have been broken at the meeting......

BTW

No one has yet to answer the question I first posed:

If meetings/events were not recorded in her State Department calendar book how does anyone know they happened?

Meetings with Lobbyists in the her State Dept office is official business by definition. It should be recorded.

Did the news report state that as a fact?

I read the AP article 3 times and saw no such report.........

Where did you read that charge?"

Can you provide a citation........

No worries. I skimmed it and thought maybe the article said it about something else and I missed it. :)

Folks,

I hate to say it, but our Union has collapsed. The FBI, once our gold standard in protection against crime, has lost its courage.

When the SoS is acting as the SoS, yes, events are to be recorded. So, if Hillary, acting in her capacity as SoS conducts a meeting, it is to be recorded. When Grandma Hillary is spending time with her grandchildren, she's on her own. This refers to the first instance. I hope that clears it up for you.

Now, AFTER A PRIVATE MEETING WITH BILL CLINTON, Attorney General Loretta Lynch is protecting Hillary. The emails surrounding the Clinton Foundation will not be released for 27 months.

I'm sure there's nothing to hide.

Nope. Nothing to see here. Move along. I've also heard people expecting Lynch to recuse herself. That's not going to happen. She's a democrat. They generally don't do that no matter what, with a few meaningless exceptions. Witness Eric Holder. These people are in these positions precisely because they do this **** with impunity. McConnell and Ryan won't do a damn thing. They'll leave it up to Trump to say something while they stab the guy in the back. I don't like Trump, but he has more guts in his pinkie than those two twerps have in their whole bodies combined.

I don't believe I was ever confused ..........But thank you for input

I know you didn't believe that, and don't. But you're welcome regardless of what you choose to believe.
