Labour MP Jo Cox in critical condition after being shot and stabbed

not to,mention over 10 million illegals, with more arriving, everyday. England would collapse with all these illegals.

No we have 300,000 immigrants per annum nearly all of whom are legal ,here to work and who's skills benefit our economy hugely

300,000 illegal aliens?

No the great bulk of them are quite legal and come from the EU. Our robust economy being an obvious attraction for the more qualified . Why wouldn't we want this ?

Only if you compare apples to watermelons. Apples to apples, the crime rate is probably not all that different, and the murder rate is FAR higher in the U.S. than in England - roughly 4-1. I'd cite the data for the overall crime rate, but you've seen the link previously and ignored it.

The overall crime rate is three times higher than The United States. Can't say that enough.

So no illegals, who are collecting welfare?

Yeah maybe if you say it a couple more times, it'll actually become true.

Sorry, but it is true.
No, it is not. It's not even close to being true. I mean, are you experiencing the Dunning–Kruger effect?

Honestly ... what do you know about the UK? Have you ever been? Or is the extent of your knowledge of this country some right-winger FB photos about gun control?

You again ignored the evidence that attempts to make apples to apples comparisons on the overall rate. No matter how many times you say it, the rest of us will ignore your bogus stats, which have been repeatedly pointed out as bogus.

Sorry, but it is true.

I mean, what makes this even funnier is that you're apparently from Louisiana. Like not only are your from the USA like the rest of us, but you're from one of the highest crime states in the country.

China sentences people to death for drunk driving and drug use.

America sentences people to death by not regulating gun ownership properly China don't incarcerate so many of their people.

That doesn't change the facts, though.

What's different?

What's different?

CONCLUSION: =======================================
While it becomes clear that certain types of offenses are marginally higher in the UK than in the US (robbery and knife crime being more likely in the UK by an order of 1.1x and 1.27x respectively) a number of other, more serious offenses, are both marginally and substantially higher in the US. Rape of a female is 1.02x more likely in the US, while theft of a vehicle is 1.29x more likely. More disturbingly, burglary is significantly higher at 1.52x more likely to occur in the US. However, it is at the considerably more, well, violent crimes that America really supersedes England and Wales into its own class. In the United States, you are 6.9x more likely to be the victim of aggravated assault resulting in serious injury than in the UK. You are 4.03x more likely to be murdered than in the UK. And more staggeringly (though not surprising) you are 35.2x more likely to be shot dead in the Unites States than in the UK. Before anybody asks, no, these do not take into account justifiable homicide and other “acceptable shootings”, nor do murders for that matter:

You're in denial, how would you know?

I've stated the facts. In not in denial of anything.

The fact that England is 4th in the world in overall crime is your problem, not mine.

Meanwhile, back on topic:

" MPs and peers have paid tribute to Labour MP Jo Cox, who was killed in her constituency in West Yorkshire on Thursday.
Parliament, which was in recess for the EU referendum, was recalled to remember Mrs Cox, 41, who was described as "perfect" by her family.
Politicians are now at a memorial service at St Margaret's Church.
Speaker John Bercow said the Commons had gathered in "heartbreaking sadness" but also in "heartfelt solidarity".
As he led the tributes in a packed House of Commons, he said Mrs Cox had "outstanding qualities... she was caring, eloquent, principled and wise".
"Above all she was filled with and fuelled by love for humanity. Devoted to her family and a relentless campaigner for equality, human rights and social justice," he added.
Mr Bercow added: "An attack like this strikes not only at an individual, but at our freedom. That is why we assemble here, both to honour Jo and to redouble our dedication to democracy." ..."
