9th Circuit Court of Appeals Says No Right to Concealed Gun Carry

Enforce what, exactly? They didn't ban concealed carry, dude.

Humor (I figured Yosemite Sam was a dead giveaway) and a paraphrase of Andrew Jackson, our recently de-monetized POTUS... used to make the point that this ruling doesn't mean much of anything yet.

So quietly nobody has even realized their arms are gone!

More than a few people have lost their arms, mostly innocent people not charged with a crime.

Should states all be forced to allow concealed carry without condition?

No, we should send justices that can't read back to grade school.

Reminder for the liberals thinking this is no big deal.

California Penal Code 26350 PC Explained

Under California Penal Code 26350 PC, you are guilty of violating California open carry laws when you:
●Carry on your person an exposed and unloaded handgun outside a vehicle while in or on any of the following:
●A public place or public street in an incorporated city or city and county;
●A public street in a prohibited area of an unincorporated area of a county or city and county; or
●A public place in a prohibited area of a county or city and county.
●Carry an exposed and unloaded handgun inside or on a vehicle, whether or not on your person, while in or on any of the following:
●A public place or public street in an incorporated city or city and county;
●A public street in a prohibited area of an unincorporated area of a county or city and county; or
●A public place in a prohibited area of a county or city and county

By banning both open carry and concealed carry they have fundamentally violated the 2nd amendment.

It is not open carry. They removed that right a few years ago when people started doing that because they couldn't get a permit. It was limited open carry. IE the gun could not be loaded with ammunition.

Thanks for the info . .
then its pretty simple for me, im not ok with it.

I said earlier minimum IMO a state should be open or CWP and im "ok" with that but i dont like it.

What it should be is every state should be open and also have a CWP that works like a drivers license.
