President Barack Obama Formally Backs Hillary Clinton

Yet GOPosters continue to tell us just the opposite, that the GOP House was a pushover for Obama.

The GOP has lost its greatest weapons from the 2014 election--Reid is gone and Obama's popularity has ticked positive.

Sen. Warren made an effective case tonight to make this election about McConnell, as well as Trump .
Good point.

Now instead of Spkr Reid and an unpopular President Obama, they've been eclipsed on the GOP's "who do we hate the most" list by ... Donald Trump! :lamo

They're totally effed-up! :doh

Mr. President is finally showing some class befitting the office of the president of the United States. Knowing in advance some idiot moron will attack me as a Hillary supporter, but speaking directly to the endorsement Mr. Obama is owed some creds.

By waiting till the in-fighting was over, and giving the nod to the presumptive candidate, Obama smooths any ruffled feathers inside the camp, unites the party and leave the Democrats in much finer shape than the Republicans.

There, we see a circus act of "I don't support Trump, but I will vote for him" along with high ranking Republicans giving endorsements and taking them back again. Typically, all the Republicans had to do was choose a ****ing good looking lamp post and they could have won it. Instead they decided to channel P. T. Barnum.
Who knows what kind of deal or ultimatum Obama cut with Sanders today, but I'm sure Sanders was explained how Obama will come out, signalling the other party members to coalesce around Hillary, and that Bernie's days on top are numbered.

Bernie will now be under increasing pressure to 'join the party' (so to speak) by the coalescing members of the Party. We've also just seen Sen Warren endorse, which is also a shot across Bernie's bow, and they will continue to come.

The President played this well, I think.

Lol !!

Horrible news for the Hillary campaign. Remember ? Not only was Obama's signature legislation Persona Non Grata in the last Midterms, OBAMA was Persona Non Grata

He was such a liability to the Democrats winning back the House or keeping the Senate that Democrats pretended that he didn't exist

Patrick: Dems lost because of Obama - CNNPolitics.com

Dems had to run on identity politics and divisive insubstantial crap, same thing they're running on now. How that work out for them ?? Lol.....

If Obama really wanted Hillary to win he would have endorsed Trump

Absolutely ridiculous posing. If you think it is bad news for Clinton to get Obama's endorsement, you are delusional to the point of absurd.

No, its not a ridiculous " posing ", and the only one suffering from delusions seems to be yourself

Obama and his " accomplishments " conspicuously absent from the Democrat strategy to takw back the House and retain the Senate

He and his accomplishments were a liability to the Democrats and will be a liability to anyone he endorses

Again, if he wanted Hillary to win he would have endorsed Trump

Hillary Clinton will win in November.

So... The man in charge of investigating Hilary is now indorsing her. What could go wrong?

If O were smart (questionable), he'd persist in digging up dirt on H in order to control her while she's in office, to ensure that his legacy/policies remains intact.

What I suspect is that Obama and his top people explained reality to Bernie. I am sure that issue of campaign finances came up and how Bernie could easily be bankrupt and without a shirt on his back if he didn't close ranks.
