This is what my brain struggles with. How on earth could this campaign (the way it has went so far) possibly help him back in the private sector? Any ideas? He almost got banned from the UK for crying out loud. What does he have to gain?

There is no such thing as bad publicity at least in the Donald's mind. Remember, Trump values his name at $3 Billion. After this it will be worth $4 billion I bet. That's a $billion profit...not bad pay for a few tasteless jokes.

If CNN and other mainstream networks want Clinton to win then either they won't cover him or the only coverage will be negative coverage.

If Trump gets crushed, it won't be because of lack of exposure or money. It will be because of his outbursts. He will continue to get the same airtime as before. The media can't say no to the Republican nominee wanting to sit in for an interview or a talk. That would be crazy. I think his problem is that people are already tired of him from how much exposure he got in the primary. In all honesty he has no where to go but down and Hillary has no where to go but up because even though she's been campaigning, the average american has seen much less of her than they have of Donald.

But can you think of an example where this has helped his brand in a way that would more than offset the damage it has taken? I can't and i can be pretty creative.
