I think that case will be made during the general election. If public opinion counts, and it does immensely in these things, Trump will use this and America knows it to be true, regardless of what may have been litigated, and what hasn't. I'm no Trump fan, but I have to chuckle when the Clintons run into someone as ruthless as they are.

One can only hope that after the equally ruthless treatment that Trump's going to hand out, as ruthless as the Cinton's have been to others, that they quietly retire from the public stage. Probably isn't going to happen, but one can always hope.

We'll have to live with it either way, but I agree that would be the preferable outcome.
