First off - She never said that Benghazi was caused by an internet video. Here is her quote:
If
some have sought to justify the violence by citing to any inflammatory material posted on the internet (and there is no question that such occurred), then she made a factually accurate statement. That is the exact opposite of a lie.
Secondly, to the extent that her previous statement place too much of the blame on that video, she has testified, clarified, and apologized for those mistakes. One of the critical points is that her statements were made, essentially, during the fog of war when the amount of information was extremely scarce and contradictory.
If the Egypt Air flight was not caused by terrorism, will you claim that Trump lied? Or that he was merely wrong?
