spanking can show them the difference between right and wrong at critical times.
where saying no 10000 times before that failed.

yes kids today are weak. they have little to no mental toughness or fortitude about them.
that is why they have grown up unprepared for the real world and think it isn't fair
that they don't get their way.

Maybe that has something to do with the fact that the "real world" is created by the adults who are beating them. If the world isn't a fair place then that's your fault because you make it so.

appeal to emotion arguments is a poor choice it shows you actually lack a real argument.

There is no cosmic law dictating that life must be unfair so if it is then its just because that's the legacy you are leaving to your children. It isn't an appeal to emotion; its just a fact.
