Gotta love the hand waving of the left when they don't have an actual argument.
An argument? Wanna bet this gets overturned?

People still go to circuses?
Cirque Du Soleil is pretty amazing. Like their politics or not, they put on one hell of a show.
I guess these folks in NC will have to catch Cirque Du Soleil in Singapore or Dubai or Russia or Turkey... lol.I can't imagine people who think men shouldn't be able to use women's restrooms going to Cirque Du Soleil.
Sounds like they have an intolerant management.
Whatever happened to the good ole days where things like performance art groups didn't collective boycott and protest state-to-state actions?
It may have evolved from that little white lie we tell others to make them feel better.
"I am I fat?" " No honey, your 300 lbs look great on you"
Politeness, PC, whatever........
I like them because they refuse to use animals in their acts.

The proper response to this and all like it is to counter by banning all performances from these types from ever performing in the State again.
You don't negotiate with terrorists. Any fool knows this.
Cultured?
Ok dude, whatever you say.
I actually laughed when the NBA made their little threat. The state could simply kick the Hornets out of the state when their lease is up. Sure, the NBA will find another city for the Hornets to play, but it just might cause them to think twice in the future. Of course, I don't endorse such an action happening, but it is a possible action the state could take.
Right, go on and get...
I don't play that ****...never have, never will...
To be fair, it's still some time out before the lease is up. Still, I wouldn't be too upset about it. They get to use a stadium paid for by taxpayers and then they think they have room to act all big and righteous about ****. **** them.
Suppose the people in charge of hosting championship barbecue tournaments refuse to host events in North Carolina?
I bet that would hurt the state.
I have no idea about that. All I'm saying is that it's kind of low to act all big when you're sponging off the state for a place to play.

The 19th century ended a long time ago
that is what I was going to say. fighting intolerance with intolerance is not a moral victory.
