Porn giant is latest to place a ban on N.C. in protest of an anti-LGBT law

I think Democrats want big businesses out of the government and elections, not the realm of politics itself.

Sure, like taking the water out of.. water.

Out of politics would be fine with me.

As long as money exists and the state regulates the gathering of it there will be money in politics.

Or most of the adult population. How else would you get porn? Playboy is dying like the rest of their magazine industry so I have no idea where you get that idea from.

I already answered that. Again, only fools and teens get their porn from the porn web sites. You do realize that every time you visit such a site you are tracked, traced and pretty much put the permanent dumb **** label on yourself. The industry owns you as a data point from that time onward.

And to answer your next, you're wrong. Most of the big porn sites use a subscription model. The "free" stuff is only a loss leader. They capture your info to sell off to advertisers and entice you to a subscription.

The porn industry doesn't 'exploit' women. In fact, women make up the majority of the industry in the first place

They own the studios and produce the films?

**** just got real in North Carolina. They done whacked the state's virtual pee pee. But that's OK. I am sure that those paragons of morality and virtue aren't going to notice that one bit. Right? LOL.

X-hamster???

Im not going to a porn site that has the name hamster in it anyways... I'd be afraid of what I might find considering what some people do with hamsters...sexually.

No big loss.

They're pornstars, of course they aren't producing the films, they're IN them. But a lot of those producers are women.

And female pornstars get paid more than the male pornstars anyways, for obvious reasons.

They are the exceptions, not the rule. It's like saying the movie industry isn't sexist, doesn't exploit women, because there are a few female stars who make bank.

If they can't, then those North Carolina legislators can always go back to banging their sisters.

At least they went away from it for a while.

They still bang their sisters in Texas.

Huh. Now that's interesting. I wonder if North Carolina could figure out a way to get all of the Michael Moore and XHamster types to continue to boycott us?

Us?

I didn't know you were a fellow North Carolinian.

Those aren't just the exceptions, those are the standards. The overwhelming majority of female pornstars make more money than their male counterparts, that's a fact. Women also make up the majority of pornstars, too.

And BTW, the movie industry is also not sexist against women, and neither is the porn industry.

They have to pay the men?

So how do N. Carolinians protest the porn black out without exposing themselves?

Use a different porn site.

Although I'd never heard of Xhamster......

Me neither. But I think it might be the most frequented website in Utah. So it made me wonder if Xhamster was blocked here how would the good LDS brethren voice their objections without letting their wives, fellow church members and neighbors know they frequented porn sites? Which led me to wonder how the good Christian brethren in N. Carolina would face the same moral dilemma without exposing their own fondness for porn.

they simply wouldn't... they go to another porn site and do like 99% of the rest of the country and shut up about it.

Wow, you know the casting couch still exists, right? Btw, being sexist is not an opposition, so the "against women" part isn't necessary.

Hollywood has gotten better than it was, but it's still a highly sexist environment.
