Dutch lawmaker Wilders in court on hate speech charges

Then you're using the term "planned economy" to mislead.

It's still widely understood to refer to complete government control of all means of production.

No. Not at all to mislead. You see, while for instance the Soviets had a planned economy large sectors or subsectors worked on market principals. There is no example of industrialized economies being purely market or planned. It is always somewhere between.

That's technically true, but most people still (incorrectly) understand the term "planned economy" to refer to near-absolute government control. If you're aware of this fact and still use the term to mean something else, it's misleading.

Point taken. But now we know, what we were talking about.

That is anti government protesting not "hate speech". The conservative right wing government put in place laws that made it much harder to protest government and making it a crime to target state officials (elected or not). Lets put it this way.. dont take a picture of a cop car here.. could land you a fine.

That is what the right wing does to so called free speech.

the same thing you describe is done in america too, where freedom of speech is the very first amendment to the constitution. Texas for instance is in the process of making it illegal to film cops. Clearly they want to get away with killing unarmed minorities

Now, the difference here is these laws might not stand up in court, but the right wing is every bit as guilty of trying to eradicate speech they don't like as the left is
