Iran on Tuesday again threatened to walk away from the nuclear agreement reached last year with global powers, hours after the country breached international agreements by test-firing ballistic missiles.

Iran’s most recent ballistic missile test, which violates current U.N. Security Council resolutions, comes a day after the international community’s nuclear watchdog organization disclosed that it is prohibited by the nuclear agreement from publicly reporting on potential violations by Iran.

Fine with me...I hope they do walk!

The Administration will fold. They need that agreement far more than Iran does.

But isn't it kind of interesting how Iran is acting exactly like conservatives said it would...?

Iran is like that. You knew it. Obama knew it. Everybody did. They are not trustworthy. And they have declared us to be their enemy.

I'll wait until I hear from a more reputable source than "Free Beacon."

It was one of the probable paths. What we do not know is how the path will unfold in future. But it could be unpleasant.

It is always good to check the first source.

Who's the enemy? I happen to love my North Korean and Muslim overlords. ;_

The Russians don't like us much either.

Nothing surprises me about Iran, including a threat to walk away from any deal and risk harm to their own economy for purely ideological reasons.

Who does like us?

That list is getting smaller and smaller, mostly due to our decades long foreign policy causing disaster after disaster.

Which begs the question. Why did this treaty get pushed in the first place? Could it have something to do with money?

This treaty should never have been made, Iran should have been invited to be a reasonable peaceful member of the world at large, with no inspection routine to be used as propaganda, and left with the understanding that if they produce nukes used to attack allies of the West, the country would cease to exist.

Iran fires ballistic missiles, testing U.N. resolution | Reuters

Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) test-fired several ballistic missiles on Tuesday, state television said, challenging a United Nations resolution and drawing a threat of a diplomatic response from the United States.

Two months ago, Washington imposed sanctions against businesses and individuals linked to Iran's missile program over a test of the medium-range Emad missile carried out in October 2015.

U.S. State Department spokesman Mark Toner said Washington would review the incident and, if it is confirmed, raise it in the U.N. Security Council and press for an "appropriate response".

A U.N. resolution calls on Iran not to test any missile capable of carrying a nuclear warhead.

It's rather clear (even according to main stream sources) that Iran violated the UN sanctions. It should be clear to a blind person that the "deal" was an utter waste of time and paper.

You've got the DPRK launching missiles and threatening nuclear warfare on one side of the globe and Iran launching nuclear capable missiles on the other side. At what point to you suggest someone (presumably the US) taking stronger action than appeasement and gentle pats on the fanny?

How's that for huge surprise? Didn't we already give them the money?

Same could be said for other countries foreign policies. are they hated as well?

Yep!

Sure I knew it. I emailed the WH and told them they were out of their minds making a deal with the devil....and I told them that Lurch Kerry was out of his league!

And they accused Ronnie of being too easy going....obama is so easy, he's built like a lemon....roll, squeeze, suck!

So does that make Kerry or Obama the Neville Chamberlain of our time?

Some are, but few go to the extent we do.

It had to do with Obama's concept of an effective legacy.

A slap in the face of our administration many of us have seen coming. Like Iran was committed to honoring anything. Right. May be in the distance future, but not now.

Where'd you go? You've been shown numerous "reputable" sources. Cat got yer tongue?

I guess they proved they can reach and touch Israel now.

Iran Continues Ballistic-Missiles Tests - WSJ

Mohammad Ali Jafari, the commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, said on Tuesday that most of Iran’s arsenal of missiles was capable of reaching Israel, according to Tasnim. Iranian enemies in the region “should be in panic about the roar of the IRGC missiles,” he said.
