No. I see no legal/criminal problem...........Poor judgment for sure.....But yall better practice saying Madame President Clinton........... As far as "put your average American in prison for years" is BS you heard on either Faux Noise or from Rush the Lush.........

Yea the FBI just likes to run criminal investigations for the fun of it.....Lol

Funny, you think voters want corrupt, lying unaccountable Politicians who think theyre above the law for their next President.

How do yall know what she thinks? A little Faux told you so?

If they violated the law and the SOL hasn't expired then prosecute them. If you don't prosecute them then national security protocols are unenforceable.

Oh...they are enforceable. Just that it's only with the little guys and not the elites. The elites don't have to follow the rules.

Those stiff rules already exist. That's exceedingly evident giving the current FBI criminal investigation.

All the stiff rules in the world don't mean **** when you have people like Hillary Clinton ignoring them outright and then feeding us a pack of lies to cover up her corruption

And partisan politics means that your party will cover for you no matter what. The only real difference is that Republicans usually have the decency to be ashamed and sometimes resign where Democrats are championed as "The Lion of the Senate" when you kill a woman while drinking and driving or are chosen to be the party's nominee for President.

The key for me (and I'm not a Hillary fan) is whether the emails were classified at the time or retroactively classified after the fact.

There is no such thing as "classified at the time". It is by it's nature, classified. A title at the top of the document being added into the header and footer is not what makes it classified. That only puts a label on it so as to be more easily identifiable. Even a lowly Private in the Army can work with classified information and they will know what the rules and regulations are and put the proper label on their product. They aren't classifying authorities. That job is derived from the President and then delegated down to certain authorities and also regulated by various executive orders and regulations.

Anyone that gains access to classified information receives training on it so they can properly identify what they are looking at. However, I'm under no illusion that certain elected officials or high level appointees blow off the training and no one is going to tell them no. They get to do what they want. This is probably what happened with Hillary. She probably either didn't even bother to take the proper training or didn't take it seriously. Then the approving authority just checked the block anyways because who's going to tell her no? No one.
