What we have is criminal behavior, gross negligence (an understatement) and gross incompetence. Hillarious Klinton signed a contract with the government that... if the country hasn't been turned into a Banana Republic, will see her in heap big trouble... So long candidacy...

But... this is Obama's Amerika, for a while yet... so it will be interesting to watch.

Hillary Clinton wrote 104 emails that she sent using her private server while secretary of state that the government has since said contain classified information,...

The finding is the first accounting of the Democratic presidential front-runner’s personal role in placing information now considered sensitive into insecure email during her State Department tenure. Clinton’s *authorship of dozens of emails now considered classified could complicate her efforts to argue that she never put government secrets at risk.

One day someone in Clinton's group had a great idea to confound the "vast right wing conspiracy" by avoiding transparency and all those nasty FOIAs. "What if we just avoided using government email and pretended that you never used email? Nobody will ever find out so we can do anything we want!!!" Hillary, being an attorney, along with Sullivan, another high power attorney, and Cheryl Mills, yet another high speed low drag DC attorney, all said, "Hell yeah, great idea" and started to use the toilet server to pass classified information for the most powerful government in the world back and forth using a server parked next to a commode. You just can't make this kind of thing up because the average person would think the premise of such a story would be too stupid to be believable and yet here we are. Truth stranger than fiction. Who wudda thunk it?
