Trudeau say Americans should pay more attention to the world

He couldn't get a Status of Forces Agreement, no...and a SOFA is the only thing that protects the troops based in a foreign nation from the local laws. It is crucial for our troops to be protected by a SOFA.
Is it your understanding that Barrack Obama tried to get a SOFA, negotiated for a SOFA, but then because if the intransigence of the Iraqi leader failed to get one? If so it is a rewrite of what actually happened wherein BHO had no intent on negotiating a SOFA or having troops remain in Iraq.

His concern was 'ending the war in Iraq', and he said so repeatedly.

You think Canada kept intelligence to themselves? It was a collaborative effort. In battle, I fail to see how the US has supported Canada.
Canadians and Americans have always worked together, and we can include the Aussies, Brits and Kiwis as well. We couldn't ask for better Allies and neighbors.

Ah. And your claim that President Obama did not attempt to negotiate a SOFA in good faith is based on what, exactly, other than your assumptions?

*crickets*

That's what I thought.

BHO took everyone by surprise.
