Trump clobbers Cruz and Rubio, cementing his status as front runner [W:92]

The number of poor whites is almost double that of blacks. Now blacks and Hispanics are disproportionately so. But still, the numbers aren't close.

The numbers aren't what's relevant, it that you and others of your persuasion like to omit their existence so you can claim elitist intellect status. What you fail to understand is that we don't care, because the intellect of many in academia is worthless and makes them no more expert on politics than ordinary folk.

Trumps admission is now the single best line of the campaign season. I have little doubt another will come from his lips in days which surpasses it.

Yeah, if you didn't listen to the actual victory speech but instead went for the Benny Hill version you might believe this. Tell me, what was the line he said immediately after that? What was the end of that thought? Any clue?

It's immediately followed by, "you're the smartest people we know".

Actually, that's not true. Donald Trump is winning across all demographics, including the highly educated.

Yes, we should not confuse his base with the entire population of his voters.

Its beginning to look as if Trump is the nominee...

He said what he said and that is the truth. take it up with Trump if you don't like it.

Apparently he does not know a lot of people.

The ill-educated and the unwashed remain the backbone of his campaign.

As they remain the backbone of any campaign.

Since only something like 12% of Americans have a graduate degree candidates must rely on the other 88% of poorly educated Americans for votes if they wish to be competitive.

The same applies socioeconomically.

Since only 20% of Americans can possibly earn in the highest fifth quintile candidates must rely on the other 80% of working poor Americans for votes if they wish to be competitive.

If you were well educated you'd see that.

And you would be wrong. But I suppose you're used to that.

Then there's that Trump charm that attracts so many high quality endorsements like David Duke.

And you would be wrong. But I suppose you're used to that.

Then prove I'm wrong.

Prove that Hillary Clinton or Bernie Sanders could win either their party's nomination, or the general election, without winning a majority of poorly educated voters.

Cruz and Rubio COMBINED do not beat Trump. So much for Bush dropping out helping Rubio. How long can Rubio and Cruz stay in the race?

Local conservative talk show hosts are calling them Crubio. It's just one guy, desperately trying to beat Trump and failing miserably.

Then prove I'm wrong..

This is what you said.

If you were well educated you'd see that.

Oh the irony.

As to the election, there are far more poor whites than blacks by almost double. Donald attracts more poor white voters than the dems. That was the premise. While Donald didn't specify poor whites when he made a reference to poor and uneducated, if you were highly educated you could have seen through his inference. See how easy that is?

And his comments are reflected by the NYDN front page. There's a very good reason why Donald appeals to them.

That is great! Too bad that both of them combined don't even come close to beating Trump.

LOL @Guilt by association...except Trump doesn't associate with David Duke or the KKK. This is just out and out slander and mud flinging by those who are desperate to tarnish Trump's name.

After some of the most recent debate it looks more and more like we will get to choose between a criminal or a criminal come November...

Edit: Oh. And the Daily News. That's what I always use to make my political decisions.
*For the sarcastically impaired.

Not in this case.

Former Ku Klux Klan leader declares support for Donald Trump
“Go in there, you’re gonna meet people who are going to have the same kind of mindset that you have,” Duke said Wednesday on the David Duke Radio Program, as first reported by Buzzfeed.

Duke reasoned that “voting against Donald Trump at this point is really treason to your heritage.”

That is great! Too bad that both of them combined don't even come close to beating Trump.

They haven't earned it. They don't deserve to beat Trump. I don't like Trump but I like both of them even less.

Okay.

Donald attracts more poor white voters than the dems.

Can you prove that?

That was the premise.

Correction, that was your unsupported assumption.

While Donald didn't specify poor whites when he made a reference to poor and uneducated, if you were highly educated you could have seen through his inference.

In other words, if I were highly educated I would have made the same unsupported assumptions you do.

See how easy that is?

Do I see how easy it is to predicate an argument on assumptions and speculation?

I kinda already knew that.

I didn't exactly need you to offer a demonstration.

When you invent "facts" to support your argument you can pretty easily support any argument you might like to make.

And his comments are reflected by the NYDN front page. There's a very good reason why Donald appeals to them.

So the sum total of a candidacy can be defined on the weight of a single unsolicited endorsement.

I guess if you're in the business of inventing statistics in order to support your assumptions such a strategy would appeal to you.

You realize that you're just digging yourself in deeper, right?
