How they were categorized when they came into Gitmo isn't the issue really. The issue is more so how the remaining detainees are categorized.

If they have no nation that'll take them, what do you propose to do with them?

Obama is in charge What's the problem? Why not take anyone over 70 (old age) and under 25 (a child really), and just send them home. What's Obama's hold up?
