Senate report: Illegal immigrants benefited from up to $750M in ObamaCare subsidies

Illegal immigrants wrongly benefited from up to $750 million in ObamaCare subsidies and the government is struggling to recoup the money, according to a new Senate report obtained by Fox News.

The report, produced by Republicans on the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, examined Affordable Care Act tax credits meant to defray the cost of insurance premiums. It found that as of June 2015, “the Administration awarded approximately $750 million in tax credits on behalf of individuals who were later determined to be ineligible because they failed to verify their citizenship, status as a national, or legal presence.”

This is just dandy.But I'm sure this is just a blip, and won't happen again. (More like, it happens constantly, and it'll never be corrected.) Obamacare has been so kick-ass, hasn't it? Just an absolute joy.

400,000 some got tax breaks they shouldn't have, if they file again they will have that money held back from them. (I'm amazed out of 11 million only 27% applied for the subsidy, I mean PUBs are sooo sure they 'all' are here to take every dollar they can from us)

I take this as a good sign, the PUBs are desperate.... eace
