Indicted Texas attorney general denied OK to use donors [W: 53]

Re: Indicted Texas attorney general denied OK to use donors

No, I'm saying you're a troll because your criticisms are personal in nature, not policy driven.

You hate every GOP Politican in Texas. Uhm, ok.

Start your own thread in the Partisan sectionof the forum then.

I HAVE THE RIGHT to OPINE Perry and the Texas Legislators are losers, idiots, corrupt, placate to the religious right to get their election collection plates filled.

Don't call me a ****ing troll! Got it?

Re: Indicted Texas attorney general denied OK to use donors

For the second time, what don't you understand?

For the fifth time, do you finally admit you were wrong when you claimed that one charge had already been reduced to a misdemeanor?

So what ?

If he was a " Republican " he's not anymore. He's not even a prosecutor.

He started a partisan fueled witchunt against a successful GOP Governor.

Read the link I provided. Perry is being charged for vetoing funds.

Something he and every other Gov has done a hundred times over. It's a BS indictment and it will be thrown out.

Sure you have a right to express your opinion. But its of no substance just in general or in relation to the thread.

You're TROLLING. You don't like being called a Troll, then stop trolling.

So, you have every right to go start your own thread and tell everyone that you hate all Republicans

For the third time, what don't you understand?

For the sixth time, do you finally admit you were wrong when you claimed that one charge had already been reduced to a misdemeanor?

Why do all the links you provide say you are full of crap?

Oh he will be back. He likes it.

It appears you are correct. He gets his head handed to him and comes back for more.

Perhaps he doesn't know the definition of trolling?

Who else supported his nomination ??

You left the name of a prominent Liberal State Rep out for some reason.

I'll give you a hint. His first name is Loyd and his last name is Dogget.

'Ya know, Fenton? I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume that you really don't know how the grand jury process works in Texas. So I'm going to walk you through it one step at a time:

1) For a grand jury process to begin, a complaint has to be filed.

2) That complaint goes before a judge, who deterimines if a grand jury investigation is warranted. The judge who made that decision is Billy Ray Stubblefield , who is a Republican, and who was appointed by Rick Perry himself. He decided that a grand jury investigation was warranted.

3) Judge Stubblefield appointed Judge Bert Richardson to oversee the case. Note that Judge Richardson is also a Republican.

4) Judge Richardson appointed McCrum after the case was transferred from Austin to San Antonio. The case was transferred to San Antonio because the Democratic prosecutors in Austin all recused themselves from the case, since they are Democratic and Perry is Republican.

And that's now Perry came to be indicted. Perry's legal defense then asks Judge Richardson to throw out the charges. Richardson does toss the charge of coercion of a public servant, but allows the more serious charge to go to trial.

Feel free to read all the links. The links on the judges are from the Texas State Directory. Notice the "R"s by their names. Do pay close attention to the links. Unlike you, I do not post links that say the exact opposite of what I am claiming.

Looks like Fenton finally had enough of having facts kicked in his teeth......
