Indicted Texas attorney general denied OK to use donors [W: 53]

Re: Indicted Texas attorney general denied OK to use donors

Lol !!

A " Republican " ?? Not only was he NOT a Republican he wasn't a prosecutor.

He was a Defense attorney appointed as " special prosecutor " and is why he screwed up the indictiment

He didnt know the difference between a felony and a Misdeanor.

So good LUCK with the Politically motivated attempt to smear one of the most successful Governor's in Texas's history.

The Democrats should love Perry. Texas is where Obama gets all of his good economic data.

Doubling down on wrong and stupid. Fun to see.

Re: Indicted Texas attorney general denied OK to use donors

You are dead wrong. He was appointed as a Federal Prosecutor by George HW Bush, and served in the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Western District of Texas as the San Antonio Division’s Chief of the Major Crimes Division, Chief of the General Drug Division, and Chairman of the Western District Federal and State Health Care Fraud Task Force.

McCrum has also served as a defense attorney for high profile cases. McCrum has been named in "Best Lawyers in America" every year since 2006, and was named as one of "Texas Super Lawyers" from 2007-2011. He is nationally recognized as both an outstanding defense lawyer, as well as an outstanding prosecutor, which is why he was chosen by Judge Billy Ray Stubblefield, who by the way is also a Republican, and who was appointed by Rick Perry himself. To oversee the prosecution Judge Stubblefield appointed Judge Burt Richardson, who is also a Republican, and who is the judge who refused to throw out the remaining charge.

Now, with all that out of the way, do you finally admit you were wrong when you made the claim that the remaining charge had been reduced to a misdemeanor? I've asked that question a few times, but have not heard an answer from you. Are you afraid to answer the question?

You're the one who tried to claim that Obama's choice for US attorney was a Republican, not me.

This is the same " Republican " attorney that went on a witch hunt and filed false charges of felonious activity against a sitting GOP Governor.

He couldn't even write a indictment correctly. A judge had to correct him.

This will be thrown out because it's BS.

What part of that don't you understand?

Now, once again, for the fourth time, please answer my question. Do you finally admit you were wrong when you claimed that the remaining charge against Perry had been reduced to a misdemeanor?

If you really can't answer the question, but keep throwing unsubstantiated statements out there, then I can only assume that you are attempting to troll me. Got news for you too. I'm not taking the bait. Good luck.

Answer to my question that I am asking for the fourth time is................................................... ?????????????????????

Oh he will be back. He likes it.

Re: Indicted Texas attorney general denied OK to use donors

Get back to me when they find him guilty for a misdeanor charge

Perry was a great Governor and thanks to him we have the strongest economy in the US and a budget surplus.

Sorry Texas isn't some leftwing bankrupted hell hole like Illinois or California.

Filing BS charges against the former Governor won't make it so.

Perry was a horrible governor, and idiot on a stick, and didn't do **** for Texas. And I'm a native Texan, thank you very much. I know what he has done for Texas. Nada, kaput, and history will show him to be one of the worst governors ever it the history of Texas.

Yea, Perry was horrible, but what burns me is that people keep bashing Bush as governor. I thought he was a pretty decent governor.

Uhhhh....mmmmmmmmmm....sorry Dana..nope, didn't like him either. But that's just me.

Re: Indicted Texas attorney general denied OK to use donors

Said one man on the ethics commission, "Bribery is the elephant in the attic".

Texas Attorney General Paxton will be going to trial for defrauding investors soon, as will Rick Perry for corruption. Stay tuned.

Article is here
.

Personally I think all of the following need to be added the list to stand trial for just existing: The 31 members of the Senate and a 150 members of the House of Representatives. They all suck. Chunk'em all in jail and throw away the key.

I strongly disagree. He brought a lot of Democrats and Republicans together while governor. He think he would have been a decent president too, had he not been sucked in by the Neocons.

That's okay. Just personal reasons...no biggie. I don't care who likes Bush or not. Most politicians, Repubs or Dems...I don't have any love for.

By the way, my wife flew in from Atlanta to Austin sitting next to his buddy Karl Rove today. Now he's a piece of work.

Idiocy...

Re: Indicted Texas attorney general denied OK to use donors

McCrum was nominated by Obama because he was recommended by both Kay Bailey Hutchinson and John Cornyn, as well as both parties in the Texas House of Representatives. His first appointment was by George HW Bush.

Nice try at deflection, but that didn't work either.

So do you finally admit that you were wrong about that remaining charge being reduced to a misdemeanor?

The Rick Perry Indictment is Textbook Malicious Prosecution

Yea, you said he was a "Republican". So its a GOP partisan fueled witchunt against a Republican ?

I see. You have a right to voice your opinion. But you're also engaging in making personal attacks. That is, for all practical purposes, a no-no.

Re: Indicted Texas attorney general denied OK to use donors

Yes, the Texas Legislature is the poster children for "Idiocy". Thanks for noting that.

Lol...

You have a personal vendetta against a entire State legislator ??

Sure. If you admit McCrum is not a " Republican "

Really...??? You're calling me a troll over my opinion about Perry and the Texas Legislation? That's offensive. I have the right to opine that Perry is the worst governor Texas has ever had. And that the Texas Legislation is a joke and is shameful.

No, I'm saying you're a troll because your criticisms are personal in nature, not policy driven.

You hate every GOP Politican in Texas. Uhm, ok.
