A Houston grand jury indicted two anti-abortion activists Monday in connection with undercover videos shot in Texas that allegedly showed fetal organ sales inside a Planned Parenthood clinic.

Yes, indictments have been handed down, not against Planned Parenthood, but against 2 of the people who did the fake videos against Planned Parenthood. They are both charged with altering a government document. In addition, the one on the video who was attempting to railroad Planned Parenthood on false charges was indicted for attempting to procure a human organ. No indictments were returned against Planned Parenthood. This Grand Jury investigation has now concluded.

'Cya in prison, assholes.

NOTE: Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor...... You bozos claim to be Christians, and THIS is what you do? The man upstairs is going to want to have a serious talk with you too.

Article is here.

:lamo That last charge is bull**** since he actually wasn't trying to do it at all. Does intent somehow not matter to the issue of actually trying to procure a human organ? lol.

That is for the Judge or jury to decide now isn't it.

The whole idea behind it is that he was trying to get them to agree. He wasn't actually going to take anything from them. There is no doubt that should be obvious to anyone watching the video or is at all aware of their intent. :lamo

Whoever came up with those charges should be punished for their extreme stupidity.

Well they pushed to have PP investigated, and as was stated, the GJ would go where and with the evidence. No fear, they will get their day in court.
I wonder if they will be sued for damages in a civil court?

:lamo There is no evidence he was actually trying to do anything. The intent behind the videos was to expose PP for their organ operations. The videos are actually framed to be opposed to the practice, not to express approval of it. Anyone that can't see that should have retard tattooed on their forehead.

There was certainly enough evidence to indict.

Well the GJ disagrees.
Do you have any tattoos?

Lets see the evidence. I watched the videos and I know what they said about their intent, so I would love to see how they were trying to do the opposite. It's all a lie guys, I'm actually in support of the behavior that PP was taking part in. Yeah, those videos I made to expose them, nope, that was me wanting to get myself some organs for real. :lamo

It doesn't matter. The law in Texas makes even offering to purchase an organ a crime. It doesn't matter if they actually intended to follow-through on the transaction if PP were actually engaged in a such a thing.

You'll see the evidence when they go on trial.

Obviously, the GJ was privy to information you were not.

There is absolutely no intent on their part to want the organs. If Texas goes through with this then they are doing nothing but showing how ****ed up Texas is AGAIN.

Re: Texas Grand Jury Indicts Two in Probe of Anti-Abortion Videos

Wow....

Texas is going after them?

I thought Texas would give them a medal. LOL

Knowing Texas they have a ****ty case that makes no sense.

It doesn't matter. The law is clear. If you don't want to be charged with offering to purchase human organs then don't be an idiot and offer to purchase human organs on tapes you release for the world to see.

Texas definitely has them for altering government documents, namely their fake Texas drivers licences. And that's a felony. LMAO.

They should get themselves some tattoos. I hear going as a group is cheaper.

Actually, knowing Texas, they must have an open and shut case and the defendants must have really stepped over the law. Otherwise, like I mentioned earlier, Texas is the state that would otherwise give them a medal.

Now, if it was California or some nor'eastern liberal bastion, I would agree with you. But Texas? Must be something too big to cover up or turn a blind eye to.

Or people interested in the rightful application and enforcement of law. It went from PP under the gun to these 2 headed for trial.

So Texas is so stupid they didn't make intent part of their law? :lamo Why would someone pass a law that treats what essentially is a farce the same as the real thing? Texas really is full of ****ing retards.

You are upset as they did not indict PP.

Re: Texas Grand Jury Indicts Two in Probe of Anti-Abortion Videos

They couldn't indict PP. The evidence was doctored 47 times. LOL.

Re: Texas Grand Jury Indicts Two in Probe of Anti-Abortion Videos

I'm upset that PP is still getting funding and that the government is still treating a killer as someone that should have say over their victims organs.

Re: Texas Grand Jury Indicts Two in Probe of Anti-Abortion Videos

The videos were lies, the people behind them are swine, and they are in heaps of trouble. I hope they rot in prison for a long time.

Intent doesn't mean squat. If you go into a bank with a note and a gun, to just test their security, you are still going to go to prison. LOL.
