Lawsuits Claim Disney Colluded to Replace U.S. Workers With Immigrants

We ain't talking about you, and I have at least 2 liberal children from that **** Disney pumped out.

You do understand that younger people are liberal leaning on average?

People grow wiser as they get older ;)

Don't sweat it American.

It's got to be insulting to not only be told you're being replaced by a foreign worker, but you have to train your replacement.

I'd tell the boss "You wanted them, you train them" and then walk the **** out.

Yes, your kids' liberalism is all Disney's fault.

Totally within your power.

Of course, in that hypothetical situation at the end of the day, you failed in some shape or form and the company determined you inferior enough so as to be replaced.

Of course. Paying audiences don't want to be preached too and have some ideology pushed on them. They want to be entertained.

You mean entertainment about protecting the environment and giving animals personalities?

The Visa program is not for replacing American workers. If this is the case, they violated the law.
As to overboard, could you clarify that please?

Technically there isn't a law in place that prevents in in the case of Disney.
The Employ American Workers Act that amended the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act ( Sponsored by Bernie Sanders and Chuck Grassley ) did have a requirement such as you are suggesting but it only applies to banks and financial institutions.

However, when company seeks to outsource someone under the H1Bx visa they must fill out a Labor Condition Application stating that
The employer pays H-1B non-immigrants the same wage level paid to all other individuals with similar experience and qualifications for that specific employment, or the prevailing wage for the occupation in the area of employment, whichever is higher.
The employment of H-1B non-immigrants does not adversely affect working conditions of workers similarly employed.
On the date the application is signed and submitted, there is not a strike, lockout, or work stoppage in the course of a labor dispute in the occupation in which H-1B non-immigrants will be employed at the place of employment.

If it was the case of violating that they while they didn't break one law they falsified and violated the Labor Condition App. and that would be something that could be legally pursued.
