Georgia cop indicted in shooting of unarmed naked man - Chicago Tribune
Atlanta area grand jury on Thursday indicted a police officer who fatally shot an unarmed naked man on charges including felony murder, aggravated assault and violation of oath of office.

The decision came after DeKalb County prosecutors presented their case against Officer Robert Olsen, who fatally shot Anthony Hill on March 9 while responding to a call of a man behaving erratically outside a suburban Atlanta apartment complex.

The family of the 27-year-old Hill says he was a U.S. Air Force veteran who struggled with mental health problems.
Gotta wait until and see how this one plays out. Maybe the officer thought that the guy had a weapon hidden somewhere...

This needed to see the inside of a courtroom, the shooting was questionable and one of the charges was misleading statements. I am convinced we still do not have a clear understanding of exactly what happened.

Perhaps he was actually distracted because he staring down the naked man's loaded "gun."

Maybe it was so big it scared him.
