Multiculturalism is the absence of social cohesion and a shared identity. Or sometimes even a shared laguage -many Muslim women who have in Britain for several decades cannot speak English. The UK's PM Cameron announced two days ago a £20 m programme to help them learn. A waste of money imo because if the motivation was there they would learn anyway.
