Simpleχity;1065471088 said:On Saturday, long-standing economic sanctions against Iran were removed. This resulted in $100 billion dollars being released to Iran. Iran is also allowed to increase its daily oil export quota from 1.1 million barrels of crude oil to 1.6 million and shortly thereafter to 2.1 million barrels per day.
For violating UN ballistic missile restrictions, the US has now placed sanctions on 6 Iranian front companies and 5 Iranian individuals. Iranian Defence Minister Hossein Dehghan told the Fars news agency that the new US sanctions would have no effect. He said: "We will prove it in practice by unveiling new missile achievements."
Iran - by far - came out way ahead in this latest sanctions removed/imposed exchange.
I have one question. What is the difference between a ballistic missile and a missile used to put satellites in orbit?
