FBI's Clinton probe expands to public corruption track | Fox News

EXCLUSIVE: The FBI investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of private email as secretary of state has expanded to look at whether the possible “intersection” of Clinton Foundation work and State Department business may have violated public corruption laws, three intelligence sources not authorized to speak on the record told Fox News.

This new investigative track is in addition to the focus on classified material found on Clinton’s personal server.

"The agents are investigating the possible intersection of Clinton Foundation donations, the dispensation of State Department contracts and whether regular processes were followed," one source said.
The FBI has 100 agents working the case. Does anyone think that's anything to sneer at? I don't, this is pretty serious.

Separately, a former high-ranking State Department official emphasized to Fox News that Clinton’s deliberate non-use of her government email address may be increasingly “significant.”

“It is virtually automatic when one comes on board at the State Department to be assigned an email address,” the source said

This is what I've been saying all along, plus she would have a SIPRnet account for classified emails.....THAT SHE SHOULD HAVE USED.

Emphasis "may have"....as Hillary ascends the throne.

I've said it before, I'll say it again... I'll believe all of this the moment we see an indictment.

Until then we will see plenty of "intelligence sources not authorized to speak on the record" tell FoxNews just about anything they want to hear.

Indictment? "what difference does it make"? Seriously, do you think it would?

Because a formal charge of a crime is about the only thing that can undermine establishment Democrats from supporting her, and even then there will be dissent among Democrats on motivations for this anyway.

"What difference, at this point, does it make" has meaning, as I do find it extremely unlikely anything formal will be done here. But, there will be plenty of FoxNews articles claiming a tidal wave of mess is on the way. I have no choice but to suggest, I'll believe something when we see something serious on this matter forcing Hillary before something other than the court of public opinion.

Take this from someone who is not a Hillary supporter, and would consider her disastrous as a President. Much like the Benghazi investigations, I do not buy the sincerity of all those involved here in making Hillary face charges. I see the politics, and so much of the media, commentary, and threads in this very forum are confirming that for me.

Of course it would. It would put Bernie on the democrat ticket. Even democrats should shy away from a dishonest candidate who is going through the court system for a crime.

Fox "News." /thread

The threat of indictment looms as a stick to beat her with if it looks like she will lose favor with the party faithful and wont back out of the race gracefully. Frankly...a year ago...no one could have seen her as vulnerable within her own party. Today...she is being seen more and more as a liability. Pretty soon, its likely even the waist benders will start talking **** about her. Then you will know it will be time for her to choose...bail from the race or bail for the case.

How many clinton scandals does thier have to be before you think perhaps they aren't who we need near government?

1. Monica Lewinsky: Led to only the second president in American history to be impeached.

2. Benghazi: Four Americans killed, an entire system of weak diplomatic security uncloaked, and the credibility of a president and his secretary of state damaged.

3. Asia fundraising scandal: More than four dozen convicted in a scandal that made the Lincoln bedroom, White House donor coffees and Buddhist monks infamous.

PHOTOS: The most consequential Clinton scandals — in order

4. Hillary’s private emails: Hundreds of national secrets already leaked through private email and the specter of a criminal probe looming large.

5. Whitewater: A large S&L failed and several people went to prison.

6. Travelgate: The firing of the career travel office was the very first crony capitalism scandal of the Clinton era.

7. Humagate: An aide’s sweetheart job arrangement.

8. Pardongate: The first time donations were ever connected as possible motives for presidential pardons.

9. Foundation favors: Revealing evidence that the Clinton Foundation was a pay-to-play back door to the State Department, and an open checkbook for foreigners to curry favor.

10. Mysterious files: The disappearance and re-discovery of Hillary’s Rose Law Firm records.

Biden now favorably chatting up Bernie. Big Dem power people are quiet on Hillary. Methinks Washington smells campaign rot and is beginning to distance itself from the woman who would be Queen. It may be that people in DC feel that it is too dangerous to know her now.

The Clintons are always involved in scandal. People around the Clintons suffer and take the blame. Soon Miles and Blumenthal will be in the headlines and God knows who else. Wasserman-Shultz is in trouble and about to be thrown over the side. No one in America trust Hillary and politicos now are stepping away from her as she seems to be in danger mode.

Oh, is that what you think this is? They're just making up ****? Okay so CNN, NBC, CBS, ABC, BBC and all the others make up their news too. None of the stuff you read or see on TV is actually happening. Are you for ****ing real? I reported an investigation, nothing more.

For purely practical and utilitarian reasons, I would like to see Clinton go. The candidate with the most charisma always wins national elections, and Hillary is the Anti-Charisma. In particular, seeing her try to be funny is nothing short of cringe worthy.

12. Hubble trouble: The resignation and imprisonment of Hillary law partner Web Hubbell.

13. The Waco tragedy: One of the most lethal exercises of police power in American history.

14. The Clinton’s Swedish slush fund: $26 million collected overseas with little accountability and lots of questions about whether contributors got a pass on Iran sanctions.

15. Troopergate: From the good old days, did Arkansas state troopers facilitate Bill Clinton’s philandering?

16. Gennifer Flowers: The tale that catapulted a supermarket tabloid into the big time.

17. Bill’s Golden Tongue: His and her speech fees shocked the American public.

18. Boeing Bucks: Boeing contributed big-time to Bill; Hillary helped the company obtain a profitable Russian contract.

19. Larry Lawrence: How did a fat cat donor get buried in Arlington National Cemetery without war experience?

20. The cattle futures: Hillary as commodity trader extraordinaire.

21. Chinagate: Nuclear secrets go to China on her husband’s watch.
Nice Moonie Times cut and paste.

You know, you really should note when you're lifting other people's works.

Ojh, and the "list?"

Two words;

Wake us when something actually does happen ...........................

You need to wake yourself up, buddy. High level politicians seldom get indicted, but this probe under a Democrat president by over 100 FBI agents ought to get your attention. If not, it's best you stay asleep though the election.

Well it makes a difference from an innocent until proven guilty scenario but we Americans are nothing if not armchair judges. :)
Though, if she is found guilty and nothing is done then that is a testament on how the powerful and/or popular avoid little things like the law.

Yes, if we have to, a lot of us will.
I guess Bernie isn't good enough for you. A politician who's ultra-leftwing and scandal-free. No, I think the name Clinton is what's driving you.

Actually, Bernie is my guy. Hence my choice of words "...if we have to..."

Thanks for contradicting yourself. So which way will you accept it?

We are not buddies, I find it best to keep my distance. Never said it did not get my attention, just pointing out the fact that we have been hearing this sort of "stuff' for over 20 years now, so remind me what has happened? And there ya have it, until something actually happens, indictment, trail and conviction it is all wishful thinking on the part of some. I would not be putting my dreams and hopes in that basket, best to go ahead and do the hard work and ensure her career ends in November by beating her fair and square, otherwise any win would be tainted in the eyes of many from the beginning, not a good idea.

More fuel for Bernie to run on.

I will say though, again: conservatives seem to want to pop the cork off the champagne before the confetti drops.
