North Korea says it successfully conducts hydrogen bomb test

Another problem created by the Dubya, neocon crowd.

Both parties own NK, this is an older problem than most of us posting here.

A Hydrogen bomb is a multistage device that leaves behind two distinct tell tale detonation signatures that can be picked up by NORAD sattelites immediately.

There's the fissile trigger ( atomic bomb ) and then there's the secondary explosion .

This is why almost everyone doubted that it was a Fusion weapon almost immediately.

I think they should test their next bomb under their fearless leader's house.

I don't think either American political party "owns" the North Korea situation. The idea that vague nonsense like "strong leadership" would have caused any of the Kims to say "oh, well in that case I guess we don't want nukes" is ludicrous.

While we're asking for such things I think they should democratize and feed their people properly.

I think China should and will take the lead in matters regarding North Korea, as they are NK's biggest ally and source of influence. Ultimately, North Korea is nothing without China, and right now China is very annoyed with their neighbor.

In the same sense that administration after administration has kicked the can down the road and the cans getting bigger, and harder to kick.

What's the solution that you think should have been implemented?
