Lindsay Graham ends his campaign for the White House

He was running?

It needed to happen, there was no hope for that campaign... at all.

Glenn Beck's audience poll will need to get a new "dead last" position.

The .02% of Republicans who supported him will split between Jeb!, Rubio, and Christie.

That's another way of saying that Graham doesn't know who he will vote for.

Noone can take his extremely hawkish foreign policy serious, especially with the Graham personality.

I think Graham believes he wields outsized influence in SC. I doubt that. Who he endorses coming out of NH isn't going to mean all that much in SC.

I'll miss him. I think he was one of the smarter people in the campaign, and one of the most serious. I met him a few times at events in the last few months. I actually like him, but had no intention of voting for him in our primary. John McCain was stumping for him here, but even McCain couldn't help him.

The couple of supporters he had will probably go to Rubio.

I wonder which GOP candidate is going to pick up all twenty of his supporters?

did he have that many?

whoever told him to run for president needs to add to their considerable dosage of meds

Graham is coming out in NH!?

I have to say, while watching Graham in last week's debate I was wondering if the man was going to have an emotional breakdown. He seemed completely drained to me and every answer seemed like a plea to people who had no interest in answering his call. His leaving won't substantively alter the trajectory of the race.

Congrats, however, are in order to anyone who puts themselves forward to serve their country both in the military and then in the political realm. Both require a certain level of ego but also a certain level of selflessness. Being a military lawyer for decades and a Senator are honorable callings but the man likely could have made a great deal more personal wealth had he taken a different path.

Lol, you're such a RINO. But I still love ya.

I just took a minor shot at him with my snarky "personality???" comment...

...but I agree with you here. Completely.

He served...and I think he did what he considered best. I disagreed with him on damn near everything, but I acknowledge and honor the fact that he actually served...rather than just sat back and moaned and groaned about what others are doing.

I love ya too. But I'm not really a Republican. I've voted for Democrats.

I meant what I said about Graham, but my entire post about him was about his personality which I liked, and his intelligence which he has. I'd vote for him 1000 times over Trump, who is about as Republican as Michael Bloomberg.

I'm certainly not the first to recognize that this thing won't get interesting until half the rest drop out also.
