Sanders sues Democratic Party

Clinton **** piled higher and wider. Dig it.

Cool... I worry that the complicated nature of how his went down will benefit Clinton because she can just sit back, point and scream "you stole" and then people will just glaze over during any attempt to clarify what happened.

Another creepy fact that is flying under the radar about all this is there are more that just the campaigns having access to that database. Hillary's superpac that she coordinates with is in there too. The dnc has the data then leases it out and gives access to whomever leases it for $120,000.

So when that firewall is down that superpac can be rambling through all campaigns' data... But we aren't going to look or investigate anyone but Sanders.

That is an eye opener.

Yes, Hillary is a real people's advocate isn't she? What a lady! I use the term loosely.

IMHO, Hillary, the DNC, and the GOP candidates are fine examples of why the U.S. is fairly ****ed and will remain so for some time to come. Republicans and Democrats on a good day are whores.

Think about it, neither party will stand up and represent the best interests of democracy and the nation.

People like Wasserman Schultz and Hillary and the DNC and the GOP and most of the GOP candidates should be run out of town with a big stick.

P.S. Americans will continue to support the ruling parties, putting chocolate on a turd, by using the mantra: "Well at least __________ isn't as _________ as __________ "(someone from the other party).

Let the Democrat Civil War begin!
Sit back and watch the fireworks.

Over this incident alone I consider that highly unlikely. Although an independent for years, he's caucused with the Democrats and has been running as a Democrat this election for a reason. He's level headed enough not to hand the Presidency to the Republicans over his own ego.

Over his own ego? Seems it would be over the DNC showing favoritism to the bitch.

The point is he's shown no desire to help push this incident into a full blown galactic meltdown, as his explanation and immediate apology to Clinton demonstrated. See, that's actually one of Sanders' strengths: recognizing when mountain is really a molehill.

Oh I agree that he's handling this well. I'm just saying that if he switched to the independent run (unlikely), it wouldn't be about his ego. And a Hillary win is not dissimilar to a republican win anyway.

If Trump keeps his apparent lead and becomes Republican nominee I'm going to have to vote for the Democrat nominee no matter who it is.

I hope it's Sanders or damn near anyone other than Clinton though. Voting to elect another Clinton disturbs me.

For me, equally so Clinton.

Not really, this whole thing has been a Hillary puppet show the entire time. Sanders isn't exactly a Republocrat, Hillary is. The Party wants Party People.

I was talking about the positions and history of the people involved. I didn't know the IT firm had that many people that were in Hillary's pocket. DWS has always been in Hillary's circle. That isn't going to change. It just goes to show how clean Bernie is. If there was any dirt we would have heard about it by now.

If Sanders didn't sue the DNC, this "molehill" would have turned into a mountain. The DNC was content to suspend access indefinitely when you realize their demands were impossible.

Whatever. The only people who are interested in this still being a thing are those voting for someone else.

I'm still following it. I want to see a full independent investigation of this and previous software malfunctions by NGPVAN.

You really are quite the apologist for liberals aren't you. The DNC acted inappropriately and you're content to say "whatever nbg".

Yes, they acted inappropriately, and in the grand scheme of things this is making WWIII out of an old married couple's spat.

Compared to the issue of the candidate's positions and qualifications, this thing is about as interesting as an average episode of Jersey Shore. But have fun obsessing over minutiae.

what can I say, political minuteae is my crack-pipe.

At this point I think Sanders making a big deal out of it would cause more harm than good. To his campaign, the democrat campaigns in general, etc.

Personally, I think it makes him seem reasonable. His campaign got screwed over unjustly, so they filed suit. DNC backed off, he apologized again, they either made up or are pretending to have done...
Movin' on to focus on the campaign.

But yeah, be interesting to see some kind of investigation later.
