Connecticut to Ban Gun Sales to Those on Federal Terrorism Lists

Should people on the No Fly list be permitted to purchase weapons?

Did you know Ted Kennedy was once prevented from flying due to the no fly list? Or for that matter a 2 year old toddler was both prevented from flying AND later strip searched due to the no fly list?

But Dan Malloy might be on the winning side when some of those legal fees by trial lawyers magically wind up in Malloy's campaign coffers.

due process requires something more than one person saying you should be on a list

It won't matter to the SCOTUS. He might be able to gin up some money for his coffers but he will ultimately lose the case.
