Ah I understand now so since the majority of Nazis didn't kill anyone then Nazism doesn't call for the extermination of the Jews.

You have wonderful logic sir, and again the bible clearly says that adultery is forbidden so by your logic the fact that some Christians commit adultery that means the Ten Commandments don't say that adultery is forbidden.

He was sentenced today. Mad or bad? The judge fudged the decision. He got life imprisonment, (8 1/2 years) but since he suffers from paranoid schizophrenia, he starts his sentence in a high-security mental hospital.
They fond no evidence of any contact with terrorist organistions. He's just the perfect isolated ill target for their propaganda.

Yelling "Fire" in a crowded theater without cause is a purposeful act to cause terror among a group of people which is why it is illegal.

The parallel would be firing a gun in a crowded theater without cause... which is also illegal.

rights still dont seem to be absolute when they endanger other people so any reasons not to test gun owners sanity and knowledge of gun softy and basic competence with guns from time to time?
