ISIS released video Wednesday showing the beheading of a man it claims joined the terrorist group but was in fact a Russian spy, as well as a message chastising Russian President Vladimir Putin and threatening his country's citizens.

ISIS is making some major strategic mistakes. Probably feeling the pressure of lose of territory and money

ISIS is doing what they do, try to terrorize. What they fail to realize is Russia would be their biggest problem, fighting with the least rules, and not a single **** would be given from Russia for striking civilian and/or oil based targets in Syria. They have already proved most of that before this beheading of a so called "Russian Spy."

I bet Russia turns things up in response... again.

Despite the U.S. reputation, the American military is used primarily for punking countries that can't fight back nowadays. I doubt the Russian military is the same.

It's about ROE, that's the only difference.......and the balls behind them. Michelle is the only one with balls in the White House.

Step one, kill some random person and claim he's a Russian spy.
Step two, give Russia an excuse to drop even more bombs.

These Isis guys are borderline retarded.

They are trying to ignite a larger war that they know they will lose. In their beliefs they have to ignite this larger ME war and then be wiped out by Satan before the hidden Imam returns and unites the world under a global caliphate.

Like the return of Jesus.

Russia isn't going to like this. We could learn some lessons from Russia.

Heckuva a plan.
If Daesh simply apprises the world of the location for their next re-union/convention, we can facilitate the hidden Imam's return.
Wiping them out will be quick and easy.
Stupid terrorists.....they make things so difficult.

This couldn't be because Russia's attacking the Islamic state could it?

Translated, if they'd just let us kill as many civilians as the Russians do, we could kick the Islamic States ass too.

Russia's horrid economy poses a larger threat to Russians than ISIS, as deplorable economics affects an entire populace. Economic malaise in Russia will outlast the existence of ISIS.

Satan doesn't exist. :)

You need a new translator, maybe one that doesn't use a Hate-the-USA algorithm in it.

I hate the foreign policy that America has been pursuing in the ME of late. Now then, please tell me, what about the ROE's troubles you that you wish to be changed.

Funny, you seem to all for the Russians, so I guess their foreign policy of shooting first and asking questions later is okay.....because it's them. If we do that it's wrong then.

I don't support any military's failing to consider civilians when fighting. And there are Geneva rules for this. Supporting Russia's right to protect their strategic interests in Syria doesn't mean I would support them not doing so without any ROE's. Were you going to tell me what part of our ROE's you'd like changed?

How about the ROE where we actually shoot someone? If you're not over there to destroy IS, then GTFO. Obama is accomplishing zero.

Like it or not that's what it will take now that they're not a JV team any more.

So you're saying that our ROE doesn't allow the military to shoot anyone?

We're not going to do that. Again, this should have been considered when pursuing policies to regime change Hussein, Mubarak, Gaddafi and Assad to begin with.
