I'm not being ridiculous. You think gun control magically doesn't work in the United States but magically does work in Syria, and so far the only distinction you've managed to make is "we have a constitution." Now you are waving off the constitution as important, because if ISIS made one you claim that's useless and silly. So clearly we've now established that the constitution isn't the difference, but something else.

What else makes gun control fail here but work there?

So there should be no gun control for terrorists and people that have lived under a terrorist regime just because it would not work in america? How twisted is your logic (if you have any)?

So they should be searched and registered or just let them go free when their dreams of the caliphate have fallen apart so they can then merge into the hordes of migrants flowing into Europe?

That is pretty stupid. They would gladly stone to death their wife or daughter for not wearing a hijab, do you reaaly think it would change anything?. But that would include all Sharia compliant Ms, not just terrorists.
