you made my point for me
the mayor of new orleans has NO authority to deposit his bus loads of citizens within another community's borders. especially so when there were no basic facilities to shelter them and provide food, water, and toilets
but i will give you another shot. tell us again where the new orleans mayor should have had those loaded buses go and what provisions should he have made for their care upon their arrival
looking forward to reading your reply
So basically you think that a governor or mayor cannot even take a dump without getting approval from Washington DC? Any other town in Louisiana, mississippi, alabama, texas, any state, would have opened their doors to them, and they did, after the fact, because honestly nobody was in the right mindset in the time to realize the scope of the damage and how bad it would really be. Were you here? lol. Of course he wouldnt have just "dumped" them anywhere. He would have had a plan and made contact with people. But he basically did nothing but make a couple tv appearances telling people to leave or brace themselves.
The real crutch of the thing is the fool promised a lot, coulda done a lot, and didnt. Instead he and his bunch joined the media in exploiting it for political reasons in attempt to make Bush look like a damn racist.
That is what happened.
Most of yall watched it on CNN with their propaganda built in to try to make Bush look like an idiot or a racist.
