Trump Surges Among Likely Republican Primary Voters

We don't need either of them. Conservatives were not happy with Bush's spending at all. But with the spending Obama has done, it hasn't been dwelled on that much.

It has by me. And Americans aren't doing anything about it but returning democrats and republicans to the White House for more.

So you support rounding up 11 million people and building a wall. Or are you just supporting a candidate that's talking bull**** and knows he has no such realistic ability to do so but can use it to pull your vote?

Definately support the wall, it should have been done a long time ago. Actually it was supposed to be done. Rounding up? You sound like you are talking about cattle, they are human beings. Get rid of the criminals and let the others get in line with the people who are trying to get here legally.

Trumps words. ;)

Um...when you say "let the others get in line" you are talking about 11 million who are already here. What are you going to do with them for the 20 to 30 years it takes to make them citizens?

I'm getting tired of people contending that Trump wants to "round up 11 million people". Simply put, he just hasn't said anything of the kind.

In fact, Montecresto, here is Trump's Immigration Reform Policy: https://www.donaldjtrump.com/positions/immigration-reform Please show me where he says he wants to round up 11 million people.

I didn't say anything about his written policy. He's said it on the stump, he said it in the most recent debate even citing (not by name) Operation Wetback where Eisenhower did just that, Mr. Mycroft.

Well that and BushII spending thousands of American lives trying to plant the seeds of democracy in a desert and instead planting a new and more virile version of terrorism across North Africa and the Middle East....

Go Bush League! :peace

There are not enough rational Americans to make a difference, sadly. See the last two elections for proof.

So you're suggesting that a majority of Americans are irrational and would elect Trump?

I say give them notice that they have to leave and go through proper channels to be in this country, say 6 month to a year. Anyone that had a job and never took welfare goes on the fast track. Maybe even let them stay temporarily if they are good citizens. Criminals go to the back. If they don't comply, we just go down the list. Not rocket science.

Now, you are going to have to define a "rational American." If they are people that carefully look at each candidate's qualifications and what they have done in the past, then nope, there are way more that get excited and just listen to sound bites without looking any deeper. That voter is the uninformed, Barack Obama voter. And the last two elections showed that there are very many of them.

So are they going to bunch up and do it again, this time with Trump?

You need clarification?

You are going to have to give me a time stamp. I don't want to watch a five minute video when I don't know what you are referring to.

You got a link?

Didn't realise that you're a Trump supporter.

Then you haven't been reading the forum lately. Yes, I support Trump for the nomination and the presidency. I especially want him as POTUS before the TPP is ratified. I'd like to see him renegotiate that as he would do it with America in mind, and not the "global community". Obama's skills in that arena are nonexistent.

25-30% of the fringe right may be able to produce a Trump candidacy, but they can't produce a Trump president. This is why establishment GOPers (which Trump certainly isn't one of) have their knickers in a knot over the situation presently.

Hmmmm, the self-claimed moderates here are saying Trump's support is from the liberal and moderate wings of the party (they except themselves of course). And I disagree, the establishment GOP is used to calling the shots and being able to lie like rugs. They see that coming to an end. The very real possibility of accountability this time around scares the bejesus out of them.
