Hillary Clinton signed non-disclosure agreement to protect classified info while secretary of state | Fox News

On January 22nd, 2009, Hillary Clinton signed a Non-Disclosure agreement, or NDA, where she agreed to protect highly classified information, and a failure to do so could result in criminal prosecution.

"I have been advised that any breach of this Agreement may result in my termination of my access to SCI (Sensitive Compartmented Information) and removal from a position of special confidence," the NDA reads.

"I have been advised that any authorized disclosure of SCI by me may constitute violations of United States criminal laws, including provisions of Sections 793, 794, 798 and 952, Title 18 United States Code..." These are provisions of the Espionage Act, and as Fox recently reported, 18 USC 793 subsection (f) is of special interest to the FBI investigation as it includes "gross negligence" in the handling of national defense information.

The NDA signed by Mrs. Clinton as Secretary of State is significant because the State Department has never publicly acknowledged that she signed documents, confirming she was "advised that the unauthorized disclosure, unauthorized retention, or negligent handling" of top secret material was a punishable offense.
I told you people that she should have known what classified data is as Sec State. It has nothing to do with having markings already on it, when she is the originator of the data. She should have used her SIPRnet account.

Hillary has a long long long long - LONG - history. I'd like to see her do more debates. So I can watch her so indecisively stutter.

Jeff Daniels, Last Train to Clarksville.... why does that come to mind?

It's apparent Clinton is too naive, or perhaps inexperienced, to consider the sensitivity of the information she is exposed to. A recent report claiming she is innocent of violating secrecy restrictions because contents of a particular email she generated was classified top secret days after she disseminated it hardly relieves her of this obvious shortcoming.

It's quite telling her followers are so dismissing of this dangerous attitude she suffers from.

Haha... how many ways can you say "inveterate liar"? Because they've all been leveled against Hillary over the years.

At least the excusers and dismissers can be labeled with a legitimate use of the word "denier".

I said from the start that Clinton should have known her responsibilities as Sec State. Now we a sign document where she acknowledged that she did.

I see an indictment in her future.

Ha ha - that would be kind of like reopening the Kennedy case, it's like.... "why?" You want to see yet another government whitewash? It's like... you want to see her stutter again? lol ;)

It doesn't matter. Liberals could not care less for the rule of law. The corrupt and illegal means always justifies the end. That is just the integrity and character of a liberal.

Yea. Precisely. She generally does not do well without prior coaching. She tends to be rather indecisive. If you doubt that, youtube it. That is precisely why the vice chair of the DNC got busted for recommending more debates. Hillary does not do well with the unscripted and unrehearsed.
