I can't understand Hillary's attitude. It seemed like all those people who once voted for Obama are going to vote for Hillary in 2016. She might be just tricking everyone pretending that she fights against Obama's policies but she will surely forget everything right after she gets elected. She is probably trying to appeal to the conservative audience to steal some Trump votes cause she is probably afraid that liberal votes are not enough to bring her to power.
 
Sanders already beat her to the mic with his opposition to this, much to the delight of true liberals (really, many people including liberals.) Meaning, Hilary has no choice but to follow suit showing both her compliance exclusively for votes, and her lack of ability to... you know... actually be a decision maker and lead.
 
Everyone on Hillary's Staff is named "Johnny ComeLately". She's always a day late with these sort of things.:roll:
 
She's right to oppose it. Any globalization pact screws America.

Especially since she spent all those years as the Sec of state pushing for this.

For it before she was against it: Hillarybot flip-flops on TPP after praising it repeatedly until recently.....

Yet, previously as secretary of state, Clinton called the Trans-Pacific Partnership the “gold standard in trade agreements.” In her second memoir, Hard Choices, released in 2014, Clinton lauded the deal, saying it “would link markets throughout Asia and the Americas, lowering trade barriers while raising standards on labor, the environment, and intellectual property.” She even said it was “important for American workers, who would benefit from competing on a more level playing field.” She also called it “a strategic initiative that would strengthen the position of the United States in Asia.”

She started inching away from NAFTA in 2000, coincidentally just in time for her run for Senate in deep blue New York. But the White House isn’t going to let her inch too far on this one. Back in June, when Susan Rice was asked to name some of her former boss’s greatest accomplishments at State, she made sure to mention her support for TPP as one of them. And Rice isn’t the only State employee to tout Hillary’s role in TPP: Another is … Hillary Clinton herself, who boasted about the prospects of a deal in her last book, never expecting that a Sanders or Warren might seriously galvanize progressives to block her path to the nomination:

So much for her big achievement now. So here we are, a week out from the first Democratic debate, with Obama’s VP poised to jump in and duty-bound to defend the TPP deal to some greater or lesser extent, and the Hillarybot has decided that it’s in her interest to move left to protect herself against Sanders. Bad idea. Because not only will she irritate centrist Dems and Obama-worshipping liberals by crossing him on this, but hardly a single Sanders voter will reconsider her based on this position given how transparently politically calculated it is. As Gabe Malor says, “Clinton will get a 5 point bump from this. In the ‘not honest or trustworthy’ polls.”....snip~

I don't believe her. Obama talked the anti Nafta talk during his first campaign also, but once in the white house, he forgot about it.

Much more than a globalization pact, but we will have to 'pass it to see what's in it', or just wait for the jobs to disappear, and for corporations start suing governments for billions for saying smoking is bad for you.
 
Ultimately, NAFTA was Bill's baby. And TPP will be passed before the election anyway. The problem is that people don't trust TPP the result of past free trade agreements. And so she spikes Biden.

The TPP is a piece of ****. It should signal to everyone that democracy is now merely a euphemism. That they can hold talks and agreements in secret without any input from constituents shows that the globalists have become REALLY bold. They care nothing about our sovereignty, just their obscene profits.

While I agree with her on this, I can't help but be cynical about her intentions in opposing it. She was once a vocal supporter of such pacts, or am I wrong? Either way, I suspect Bernie's surge has led her to changing her stance on yet another issue so that she can capture some of Bernie's audience.

Thank you! I know she supported this specific pact, but she also has a history of supporting similar, whereas someone like Bernie has been consistent.

This is one of those I supported it before I was against it nonsense.
she absolutely 100% supports the deal and she is just lying again.

no one in their right mind could vote for this women but I bet you 100% that they will.

Yeah, I would have to agree with Norvel. She is a corporatist that thinks she can hide that fact playing to special interests.
