DHS has no record of State Dept. giving info for Clinton server audit, despite rules | Fox News
The State Department does not appear to have submitted legally required information regarding Hillary Clinton's secret computer server to the Department of Homeland Security during her term as secretary, FoxNews.com has learned.

All federal government agencies are mandated to submit a list of systems, vulnerabilities and configuration issues to DHS every 30 days. The department then performs a "cyberscope audit" to ensure security, a responsibility the agency has had since 2010.

FoxNews.com learned of the lapse as a result of a Freedom of Information Act request submitted June 11. It is not clear if State Department officials in charge of compliance with the DHS audits knew of their boss's server, which has been shown to have included "top secret" information in emails.

Yep. It doesn't get any better from here, it just gets worse.

Hillary is finished. Her campaign is now trying to distract attention from the scandals by coming up with "new policy positions", and people are just laughing at this effort, it's already gotten to the point where people aren't even taking her "policies" seriously anymore 'cause her name is so tainted. She's toast, she's done. Her political career is over. No one's going to give her money anymore.

When the DNC comes out and tells her "you're fired" or her campaign gets suspended because of "personal health issues", then it is over. I think she's too arrogant to fold yet.

Heya Ballantine. :2wave: Oh, her die hard loyal minions will still give up their hard earned money. She had one on Fox this weekend still talking about there is no criminal investigation into Hillary. She didn't send or receive classified material. Its just all some confusion over how different agencies classify material.

I just wonder why the Anchors from these Political shows let them go on and on with the lie or deflection. End it then and there showing footage of what Hillary said and or any others. Then end it with judge Sullivan stating. Hillary, an employee. Broke government policy.

Regardless. An 'audit' on a classified server would have revealed that the company she had run her server was not cleared to hold and/or store classified data, and the building and storage facility did not and could not meet requirements for a secure data storage location. Lots of companies have approved private server locations...hers was not (and could not be) one of them.

Mornin VM :2wave: That's Right.....they did come out and say the people she gave the server to. Was not cleared to hold or store classified info. Now the FBI and DHS know she was the Official, like she said. She made the call.

So we have Hillary admitting to this fact. She gave her server to those who weren't holding any security clearance. Nice gotcha moment for Hillary to try and ignore, huh?

Im not surprised that the minions insist on defending her actions...hell...whats new? But their defense is so completely based on ignorance. ANYONE who as a military or civil service member that has ever held a clearance understands the rules. We have it drilled into us. Its what keeps us out of jail. So to claim "I didnt know" or "golly...whats a 'server'?" or "gee...I didnt know the material was classified..."...hmmm...really? Cuz...that information is NOT something you have to sign for and acknowledge annually? You didnt learn that information during your TARP training, Info/OP/PERSEC training, IA Awareness training, Security (initial and annual) Training, etc?

Please....

With the State Dept admitting Hillary had never given any emails to them, Until after talk of a subpoena by Gowdy and the 9th Benghazi committee. Then she dumps all of them on State. Saying she wants Evvvvveryyyyyyybody to see them. Oops except for 30k I deleted since they were personal. She was proud of her work at State.

Tricking BO and his Team with her people and ignoring what he told her she couldn't do.

Sure...because she communicates all the time with her husband via email...except there is the fact that her husbands rep said he has sent and received a grand total of 3 emails in his entire life, all while president. Somebody in that family is lying...which could be a symbol on the Clinton family crest.

Now that word is getting round that Hillary is under a criminal investigation.....her team can no longer keep trying to deny reality. Nor can Media Matters. :mrgreen:
