Judge wants Clinton certification on emails

So I don't recall Bush's email being called up by a judge. There was someone, high in his administration, that did mishandled classified materials, was punished, and even lost his law license over it. Then we have General Petraeus, who doing similar was also sanctioned and punished.

Then here we have Clinton doing the same, trying to skate by on a rationalization. Everyone leaps up defending her with 'look what they did!', and it's crap.

Can you please bold where I said that Bush had any e-mails brought before a judge. And in our history, Americans have not been equal before law. Could you get a State AG to expunge a DWI from your driving record. Or could you shoot your friend in the face and then tell your handlers to tell the sheriff to come back in the morning and you'll gladly talk to him?

Oh, and I'm not defending Clinton. I've stated every time a scandal has arose over her that hopefully this will be the one that derails her race for the White House. Because I regularly point out that we should have no more Bush's or Clintons. ;)

I agree with you. I don't like Jeb or Trump either. They run in the same circles as Hillary. Something is funny about that. Both strike me as more of the same. I never liked Bush 2. He appointed Rumsfeld the clueless. Rumsfeld was an idiot that used his ego to try to look like he knew what he was doing. Bush let his cabinet steer him around and only realized it when we were at the most critical point in his presidency. I share your frustration. I totally agree with you. I have no idea who I trust as a candidate right now.

As far as calling out political wrong doing, your party has supported the Clintons for a long time. All the way from the blue dress episode, snipergate, all the lies these two people have told, the lives ruined, the kick backs. We didn't create the Clintons. The Democrats own this. I would say it is time to stop pointing fingers and just flush the toilet.

My party lol, I don't have one, I'm an equal opportunity critique. I've pointed out on this forum very often that I'd like to see the independents that outnumber both republicans and democrats sideline both of them for a term and teach them something. I see little difference in the ass and the elephant as I see little difference in Hillary and John Ellis!

I have been thinking. If Hillary produces a statement following the instructions above she automatically perjures herself. She has stated that she has turned over all of the documents that had anything to do with her job as Secretary of State but has not made that statement under oath. We know her statement is not accurate. Sidney Blumenthal has turned in 5 emails that came from her that aren't included in the emails she has given to the State Department. If she made this statement under oath she it would be erroneous because she didn't include the emails that Blumenthal produced.

The State Department just received 20 boxes of printed emails from Phillip Reines. We don't know if there are any emails that will be found in his batch that aren't included in the emails that Hillary turned in. I am sure there will be a FOIA for those emails, if it isn't already covered in one of the existing FOIA suits.

I'm looking forward to seeing how clever Hillary and her crime family lawyers think they are. I'm also looking forward to seeing how State handles this.

Hillary is not Bill, and Susan McDougal was one person who took a bullet for the Crime Family (I wonder what her payoff was after the fact)... at State, I don't see folks willing to lose careers and wear orange jumps suits for someone who is loaded to her eyeballs in corruption.

It oughta be interesting... this is Hillary's Lewinsky moment. Screwed either way.

Crap splatters. When I was a boy my grandpa told me, "If you play with crap you will smell like crap". I don't feel sorry for any of them. None of them are innocent. They are all complicit.
