Nahh, that is just a small demonstration, like a first step. If they refuse to stop their nuclear program we can fix that also. It is like dealing with a bully. You tell him if he doesn't stop you are going to break his nose. If they don't stop you break their nose. If you keep applying pain they will stop sooner or later.
