How sad you think I'm on the job.
“I think if Thomas Jefferson were looking down, the author of the Bill of Rights, on what’s being proposed here, he’d agree with it. He would agree that the First Amendment cannot be absolute.” - Chuck Schumer (D). Yet, Madison and Mason wrote the Bill of Rights, according to Sheila Jackson Lee, 400 years ago. Yup, it's a fact.

Well you're clearly a lot more concerned than we are.

Maybe you should learn what it is to keep relatively on the topic of a thread. Might improve your style a bit. Though we would miss the drug addled diatribes that make no sense.

Well..if its two males the determination of custody of any kids will definitely NOT go to the woman for once.

Who's we? You obviously are not very good at gauging concern.

I believe that the sort of law you describe would be state-specific; probably the only way you run into trouble here is if in your advertising to that one group, you suggest that any business from other groups is unwanted or unwelcome.

A lawyer that claimed to "specialize in divorce for white people" might run into trouble if there is no reason to believe that divorcing white people requires any sort of specialization, as one might conclude that the only purpose is to dissuade people of other races from seeking your services (e.g. "we specialize in performing car repairs for white people"). This guy should be fine, so long as it can be argued that there is something different about gay divorces that someone could actually specialize in.
