So, how can you follow Christ without following Christ?
Never said one. Wouldn't so good luck with your straw man there. Denominations are all about differing interpretations of the Bible soooooo which denominations are following Christ and which ones aren't?

Test everything in light of Scripture. You are being willfully ignorant.

You are dodging again. Which denominations are following Christ and which ones don't stand up to the light of Scripture?

It's not a dodge, do a little due diligence. I don't keep track of all denominations. A couple of major ones that openly flout Scripture are the Mormons and Watchtower Society. Then there are tiny churches that are obviously not Christian, like the Phelps organization. Any denomination which supports SSM, is clearly not following Scripture.

    Are you even a believer?

I'm not going on display for you.

BTW, the Phelps org would NEVER support ssm. Sounds like a fit for your description.

But now I'm starting to see more of this one....

So now you're telling me that's not the same Jesus from the bible that other Christians worship? Really?? Is it because he's not pictured morbidly dying on a cross?

What do the LDS have to do with this thread on the Episcopalians' decision?

The nature of the Jesus Mormons believe in, is not of the Bible. The Book of Mormon is also not of the Bible, and Joseph Smith was a charlatan. But Nota is right, this thread is about the Episcopalians.

You're right, Jesus didn't use the word "homosexuals"...but he did say quite a bit about eunuchs, including those that were born that way.

Countryboy seems to have anointed himself God and is trying to pass judgment on who can or can't be a Christian. Apparently, Episcopalians and LDS don't qualify because Countryboy has spoken.
