Bush, May 1, 2003, aboard an Aircraft Carrier. Bring back any memories?
    The banner- the speech?

ISIS wouldn't exist if it hadn't been for the destabalization of the region. That is an absolute fact. As for the rest, Obama, I'm sure said Iraq was "stable" because he was attempted to make political points. I don't know of anyone who would legitimately state that Iraq has been stable in the last several decades.

What exactly did Bush say on that carrier and what was the context?

So in other words you cannot or won't answer the question. again, what part of Iraq was under ISIS control when Bush left office?

Yep, didn't expect much less from you but the Mission Accomplished Banner was misinterpreted by the left knowing people like you would buy the rhetoric. Mission Accomplished was for the Carrier and its mission. If it was for the war he would have done it in Baghdad
