Supreme Court to Weigh Dispute Over Union Fees

What are the actual reasons why union represented employees and non-union represented employees cannot work in the same facility? They wouldn't be held to any union negotiated contract regarding benefits, pay, etc.

What's the problem?

Juvenile retribution from one side to the other.

Obama and others oppose gay marriage then change their tunes after the pressure is applied. The Supreme court OKs gay marriage. So we vote for Obama on his anti-gay marriage and the SC gives it the green light, what did out vote do for us? Why would gays vote for Obama's party members when the law was not passed by them?

being out of touch with reality is someone who refuses to accept legitimate poll results as indicative of a population's belief relative to the question being asked

lets see 50% of people agree with unions only <17% of the work force belongs to one. hmmm seems to be a huge disconnect don't ya think.

I'm not advocating for an establishment of a vanguard party or anything remotely similar to the Soviet Union's structure of government, so it puzzles me why you'd think that advocating for self-management is advocating for Soviet economic policy. In regards to Clarence Thomas, you're pointing at the exception to the rule.

Because self-management has always led to Stalinism. And the exception calls your "rule" into question.

None of the examples I listed in post #196 page 20 lead to Stalinism so your claim is fallacious at best. The claim was that those born into wealth have a tendency to be employed in upper management high paying jobs, the opposite is true for those born into poverty. Enlighten me on how Clarence Thomas single handedly disproves that.
