To me this just proves that the American population is seriously fickle and has a short attention span. That's the only logical explanation why a President (and not just this one) can fluctuate so wildly over the course of a couple weeks based on single events.

So, if the people aren't unemployed, and they aren't working, where did they go?
You're supposed to be proving that Obama altered the definition or the requirements. Also, are you the same keymanjim from Sodahead?

Obama inherited an economy that had 142 million working Americans, in two years he took it to 139 million and now you want to give him credit for record numbers of consecutive months of private sector job growth? You believe ACA, minimum wage increases, changes in overtime rules benefit the private sector and will cause them to grow jobs? It does appear that you have no understanding at all of the private sector and how it works. The economic results today are a tribute to that private sector, NOT obama

First non-white president. Gave lots of people health care. Shifted thought to the Left. Gay marriage. Out of Iraq and Afghanistan. ACA. Unemployment down. In some circles he will be remembered as one of the all time greats

If Obama suffers no major political fallouts and gets a couple more victories under his belt he'll be remembered as "good." "All time great" is seriously pushing it.

I have personally never taken Govt. assistance except for some FEMA money when Hurricane Charlie devastated my nursery. That does not change the fact that I understand the history of misery in this country and how the steps that FDR took made it 1000% better. You used to appreciate that too until your wallet took over. Your irrational fear of a plummeting dollar is an indication of just that. The dollar is actually a bit too strong lately and is hurting our exports.

yeah, and at this point you have to think long term. It all hinges on Obamacare. mixed reviews on the economy and foreign affairs for sure(and failing grades on race relations). If Obamacare lasts and people are generally happy with it in 10 years big boost for him. If it crashes and burns and has to be taken apart then he will basically be remembered for being the first black president, and that's about it.
