You forget that 29% of the population still believes that GWB was a good President.....so you lose 30% right off the bat.

You beat me to the punch. I think the members of our local DP President's hater's Club forgot about that.

One thing for sure, even if Obama solved world hunger and had Israel and Palestine hold hands and sing Kumbaya, 30-40% of Americans would still curse him. LOL!

I think 50% is about all he can hope for.

You gotta understand that in Con's mind, 9/11 occurred on Clinton's watch, GWB took over and through his great leadership captured and killed Bin Laden and then led the United States into economic utopia. Its par for the course.

Yes, what FDR did is create massive entitlement programs making people dependent. It does appear that you are either unable to compete in society and need a big govt. to provide you for what you want. Obama has indeed put us back on the path of entitlement growth and with entitlements come dependence and debt. The value of your dollar is going to be worthless. Is that what you really want?

Oh, he'll do better than that. Bush W. left office with an approval of 34% and the latest approval is 53%. You'll definitely see a major uptick in Obama's approval after he leaves office.

As it stands, however, if Obama walked on water conservatives would complain he couldn't swim.*

Funniest stat from Conservatives I keep coming across: "Bush presided over zero terrorist attacks on the United States, not counting 9/11."
