Yep, there is that, as well as having fixed a couple of the worst problems in the healthcare crisis. We'll just have to see if history also remembers him as completely blowing it in the one opportunity in years to actually give us single payer UHC.

I didn't realize Reagan personally went over to the Soviet Union and personally tear down the Berlin Wall.

He can also claim that he got members of the SEAL unit that actually went after binladen killed in Afghanistan thanks to his touchy-feely rules of engagement.

I ask because I grew up a liberal, voted Democrat for years until I realized that the principles upon which this country was built were being attacked and that fundamental change promised by previous liberals only led to a bigger, more massive, and costly American govt. along with an 18.2 trillion debt and the construction of the nanny state.
Are you sure you didn't just get greedier as you grew older? That seems more likely. The "principles" you despise have not changed since FDR and his new Bill of Rights.

I voted for him the first time. Something I have regretted ever since.

I agree, historically he'll be fine, especially considering the current history of what is highlighted and what is shuffled to the background. But then a lot of folks still idolize Michael Jackson.

Please tell me you smoked a big fat doobie before heading off to the polling place and your brain was slightly addled.

So your idea of fixing the healthcare crisis is to have the federal taxpayer provide money to subsidize high risk people at a cost to them not only of tax dollars but higher premium costs and higher deductibles. Really? That is your idea of a fix?

Love the call for single payer from people like you who ignore the trillions in unfunded liabilities in SS and Medicare and the 18.2 trillion dollar debt. You are doing a great job promoting an economy to rival Greece. Do you really care?

Economic: Ending the Great Recession, reducing the unemployment rate below when he took office, and sitting in charge of the longest continuous private sector job growth in US history.

Foreign: Ending two wars, re-establishing diplomatic relations with Cuba, establishing climate change agreements with China, and (hopefully) establishing a meaningful nuclear de-armament agreement with Iran.

And let me just go ahead and preempt folks from pointing out their instances of Obama's failures - I get it, you have a justification for not liking him. I am just trying to explain some economic and foreign achievements that warrant support for Obama's job approval as per Conservative's request.

I didn't make the claim that Obama captured Obama, I thought it was Seal Team 6 nor did I say that Reagan tore down the Berlin Wall but the did destroy the Soviet Union with his economic policies according the Gorbachev but then I expect you now more than he does or so you think

His lowering of unemployment consisted of lowering the standards for people to collect welfare and go on SSDI.
