On any given day, they had about 300 full cylinders of various welding gasses on hand and an equal number of empties.

Though this was enough for a boom, but I think it would have been harder to blow up the plant than one would think. The gasses were stored in seperate fire proof locations that did not join each other. Also, the cylinders themselves are very stout- a full time employee told me it took alot to rupture one. I believe the gasses also varied in potential explosive power.

In short, the jihaders were probably fantasizing about "Hiroshima on the Seine" when what they probably would have produced if they systematically attacked the plant would have been say, a "three batallion fire".
All you have to do is knock the valve off of one of the cylinders and you've got your basic rocket engine, which is why they have those guards. It could cause a lot of damage but probably not go boom. But I think you're right, this was not the first string.

Terror attacks are a problem, if you want to solve that problem you need to find out whats causing it.

Ah, more sniping from the apartheid supporter, why am I not surprised?
A "problem"? Seriously? That's the worst you can say about it? So what do you object to more, the killings or the people upset about the killings. Which pisses you off more?

So it seems as though the initial reports were not jumping the gun but fairly accurate.
I think if Thomas Jefferson were looking down, the author of the Bill of Rights, on whats being proposed here, hed agree with it. Pffft, you call all that evidence of intent? Coincidence. Nothing more.

    Apartheid?

Have you ever considered honesty as an alternative to whatever it is you are doing here?

I have never even mentioned South Africa much less offered my support for the political system formerly in place.

That's a fair cop...... all French people have two of those ISIS flags flying at all times - it could have come from anywhere. And that head that's pixelated out.... that was bought on the internet. Damn... and I thought I had something too!
